The second phase advances the attendee into deeper Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory, refined diagnostic skills, and sophisticated treatment design. Emphasis shifts toward clinical reasoning, pattern differentiation, and strategic point combinations.
Refined CM Pathophysiology
- Advanced interaction of Qi, Blood, Body Fluids, Jing, and Shen in complex and chronic presentations
- Clinical application of the Eight Principles in mixed and layered patterns
- Advanced understanding of the Six External Pathogens and internal transformation mechanisms
- Organ-specific pathology related to the Seven Emotions
- Multifactorial etiology: diet, trauma, lifestyle, and environmental influences
Channel Theory & Meridian Dynamics
- Functional and anatomical relationships of the primary channels
- Interior–exterior channel pairing
- Channel pathway relevance in musculoskeletal and internal disorders
- Channel-based differential diagnosis
Six Stages & Four Levels
- Classical models of disease progression
- Tai Yang through Jue Yin analysis
- Wei, Qi, Ying, and Blood level differentiation
- Acute-to-chronic transition mechanisms
- Clinical application in pattern identification and treatment planning
Advanced Diagnostic Development
Tongue Diagnosis
- Body color, shape, moisture, and coating analysis
- Organ and pathogen correlations
- Indicators of excess, deficiency, heat, cold, and fluid pathology
Pulse Diagnosis
- Depth, rate, strength, and quality differentiation
- Organ system correlations
- Mixed and complex pulse interpretation
